| Technology Development Center, Inc. to Spin-Off Wholesale Business by Amicable Agreement
(Mar 1, 2007 19:18 ET) ANAHEIM, Calif., March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- TDC announced today that it intends to spin-off its wholesale business. After discussing about their complementarities on a long time basis, Keith A. Pham and Hugh T. Nguyen decide to separate. Each will operate an independent company. Keith A. Pham remains President and CEO of Technology Development Center, Inc. (TDC), and Hugh T. Nguyen will be President of the newly formed Monark Corp. The two companies resulting from this operation will be separate wholly-owned entities. The objective is, according to TDC, to make it possible for each of the two companies "to better focus on their distinct customer base, business strategy and operational needs": TDC will continue to develop its business and IT consulting core, while the new company, Monark Corp., will focus on the wholesale distribution business.
